NFL Week Five

Here are the latest rankings from ESPN.  This may be the first time in the history of the HP that Washington has been in the Top Ten:

1.  Kansas City:  4-0
2.  Minnesota:  4-0
3.  Buffalo:  3-1
4.  Detroit:  3-1
5.  Tampa Bay:  3-1
6.  Seattle:  3-1
7.  Baltimore:  2-2
8.  Houston:  3-1
9.  San Francisco:  2-2
10.  Washington:  3-1

Since the MLB playoffs begin this week, we are also starting bye weeks in the NFL -- so we won't have a full schedule again for a long time.  Anyway the Game of the Week is in Houston, where the number-8 Texans will face the number-3 Bills in a noon Sunday kickoff.  That is the only game featuring two top ten teams.

    1. Yes, so exciting. They're my third team this year, behind the Dolphins and Bears. I'm hoping for my Chicago Bears to edge the WFT in the NFC championship and then to get clobbered by Tyler Huntley or Skylar Thompson or Ryan Tannehill and the rest of my Dolphins in the Super Bowl.

    2. WFT heads to Baltimore next week in what will be the biggest game for football fans in the DC area since 2012.
