ReplyDeleteFinal results from GLOBL JAM in Toronto, Canada:
ReplyDelete7/12/23: Kentucky 81, Germany 73
7/13/23: Kentucky 93, Canada 69
7/15/23: Kentucky 104, Team Africa 92
7/16/23: Kentucky 89, Canada 72
Kentucky wins the GLOBL JAM. There was much enthusiasm among the Kentucky press. I would remind you that last August, UK went to the Bahamas and won games by the following scores: 108-56, 102-40, 118-56, 98-74. That team then disappeared and was never heard from again.
I am enthusiastic. Antonio Reeves was named MVP, and he received a watch, which I thought was really quaint.
ReplyDeleteUgonna Onyenso went in for surgery, so we'll see what happens to him. Aaron Bradshaw already had surgery back in June. No one -- and I mean no one -- gets injury problems like Kentucky basketball. They haven't had a healthy season since 2012, and it has become common to lose major players for huge stretches of time.
