Metro Seven Update

For four years in a row, from 2006 to 2009, Memphis had the best ranking on Ken Pom of any of the old Metro Seven teams.  By this method, Louisville has been the best Metro Seven team for each of the last three seasons, and it looks like the Cards will top that table for a fourth consecutive season:

33. Cincinnati:  13-6

38.  Florida St:  12-5

74.  Memphis:  12-5

117.  Virginia Tech:  12-6

199.  Tulane:  8-11

262.  Saint Louis:  6-11

In 2013, by the way, Ken Pom ranked Saint Louis as the 16th-best team in the country.
