So in the middle of the whole garage rock revival we get Wild Flag a super girl group. This album has its moments, but it's missing the slew of solid hooks that you expect from a good garage rock album. I do think the roots of this band's sound is the current garage rock movement, but they are definitely bringing in inspiration from punk and new wave which adds an interesting twist.
This makes it an intriguing album and if you're into the whole garage rock thing I would say give this album a listen.
Following the Rhapsody rating method I give it 2 out of 5 stars for Not Bad.

They are going on simultaneously just like they did back in the early 80's when you had bands like The Marine Girls and The Milkshakes popping up at the same time.
