Well, they finally started again. Presumably they figured out that this is Scotland, and that if they suspend play for 25 mph winds, the tournament may never get played.
Tiger's first shot after play resumed was a missed putt for par on the 1st hole, which is just about the easiest hole on the course. He fell to 4 under par, eight shots off the lead, and as he prepares to play 17 more holes in the wind, I feel certain that his chances of winning this tournament are at an end.
