Someone tweeted that it was the first time since the old 4A playoffs back in 1996 that neither St. X, Manual, or Male had made the quarterfinals.  Lou. Manual (12), Lou. St. Xavier (13), and Woodford Co. (18) are the only teams in the MaxPreps Top 20 to miss the quarterfinals.
