 I would say around 1993 I began to lose interest in the radio.  I started listening to Jazz a bit more.  I was reading more and actually going to the Y to play basketball and work out a lot.  I had my first full time job and had graduated college.  Life was transitioning and I found myself listening to less music than I had in a long time.
