Kentucky High School Football Top 20, according to MaxPreps

I hate the class system in Kentucky, so I've decided I'm going to go with MaxPreps' ratings to determine the state champion.  Here are previous state champions, according to this method:

2004:  Ft. Thomas Highlands (14-1)
