Really I mean EXPLICIT LANGUAGE
So the last Nicki Minaj album I reviewed in 2010 I said, "If you want to hear some beyond dreadful hip-hop then give this album a try." I guess it was so unmemorable that I had literally forgotten I ever listened to a Nicki Minaj album. Anyhow this isn't my cup of tea. I was never a big Lil Kim fan and Minaj is definitely following in her footsteps. In reading about this for this review I discovered that apparently Lil Kim thinks so as well and has criticized Minaj for copying her. Minaj has fired back at her, etc. Oh well. Really I mean EXPLICIT LANGUAGE
Following the Rhapsody rating method I give the album 1 out of 5 stars for Just OK.
It is outstanding that the HP has been going strong for so long.
ReplyDeleteOn Nicki Minaj's behalf, however, I must say that I came to absolutely love her song "Superbass" through playing Just Dance with my daughter.
