On this debut album they pull it off quite well. It's a collection of 11 solid songs. The only problem I have is that there isn't a great song on the album and trying to pick out one of two songs that I would say are the best on the album is tough as they all sound so much alike. Also the chances that I'll come back to this album as the year goes along is quite slim.
Following the Rhapsody rating method I give it 2 out of 5 stars for Not Bad. These guys have a great pop sense and so it will be interesting to see where they go from here.
I really appreciate how you put the video at the top of the reviews now. This way, I listen to the song first and then read your review. As I started listening to this one, I thought it sounded a lot like 1996 or 1997, and then it made me very happy to read your Green Day comparison.
