What I realized in listening to this album is that I don't really care much for Mary J. Blige as a singer, and the self indulgence of the album really put me off. Obviously I'm in the minority on Blige as a singer. I'm assuming I'm not the only one who is put off by the little interview snippets scattered through the album.
All in all it's not a bad collection of songs and if you like Blige you will more than likely enjoy this album.
Following the Rhapsody rating method I give the album 1 out of 5 stars for Just OK.
I enjoyed that song.
