Kentucky High-school Football, Class 2A Round of 32
The apparent true studs of Class 2A are all clogged in the top of the KHSAA bracket. BluegrassPreps.com No. 1 Christian Academy of Louisville and No. 2 Louisville DeSales are both in Region 2; No. 3 Caldwell County and No. 4 Owensboro Catholic are both in Region 1. Region 3 looks like it will eventually come down to either No. 9 Newport Central Catholic or No. 10 Walton-Verona. Best guess in Region 4 is No. 6 Danville, but who knows? Middlesboro (5-4-1) at No. 7 Prestonsburg (8-2) is a pretty good game tonight, and could the 0-9 Somerset Briar Jumpers, which lost by only two points at Danville on Oct. 10, get their first win of the season in the first round of the playoffs at 8-2 Pikeville Shelby Valley and somehow manage to get on a roll?
