Not much change in the poll, as four of the top 5 teams in the NFL had a bye last weekend.
1. Seattle Seahawks: 2-1
2. Cincinnati Bengals: 3-0
3. Denver Broncos: 2-1
4. St. Louis Football Cardinals: 3-0
5. San Diego Chargers: 3-1
6. Baltimore Ravens: 3-1
7. Detroit Lions: 3-1
8. Philadelphia Eagles: 3-1
9. San Francisco 49ers: 2-2
10. Indianapolis Colts: 2-2
The Dolphins (2-2) move up from 26th to 22d; the Redskins (1-3) fall from 23d to 28th.
The Game of the Week is probably the Sunday Night game, with the high-flying Bengals trying to show that, yes, the long reign of the # 13 Patriots is finally over. If the Pats can't defend their home turf -- after being blown out by Kansas City on Monday night -- we may finally be into a new era. But on paper, the game of the week is in Denver, where the # 3 Peytons will host the # 4 Football Cardinals. There's also a game of both current and historical interest in Hoosier-land, where the # 10 Colts host # 6 Baltimore.
22!
