From the Facebook page of Calvary Baptist Church in Central City:
By now we've all heard about the Watson family tragedy. Please be faithfully praying for Chad and Kylie that remain with us. Also be praying for their extended families as they journey through this dark, terrible time.
I've been struggling to find words to post here because I felt like we should have something posted on our church page and ask folks to pray. Words aren't much comfort for us when such unspeakable tragedies occur, so we must find our comfort in Scripture. God's promises are true and we must cling to that. Isaiah 53:4 tells us us that "Surely He has bore our griefs and carried our sorrows." Praying that you'll allow our great God to be your strength as we all figure out how to move forward from this.

Here are Sen. McConnell's remarks.
And here is a way to help.
