With five weeks left in the regular season, it appears that Mayfield and Caldwell County are the cream of the western Kentucky crop -- they will meet on November 1 in Princeton, and that should be Game of the Year in our end of the Commonwealth. But Ballard, Graves, and Union County are also off to good starts. Meanwhile, Tilghman, and Marshall have to be very disappointed in their year so far.
If I could go to one of the games this week, I would head out to Barlow. Murray has played a tough schedule so far, and they will be very tough to beat.
