Happy Chandler's homies are, in fact, churning mayors. Frank Boyett of Henderson's Gleaner has a terrific report on Wednesday night's short meeting and its lively aftermath: "Tuesday's meeting broke up in disorder immediately after the vote, with some members of the audience shouting at the council. 'We voted him in, so we should be the ones to vote him out,' said one woman."
