NHL Wrap-Up

Congratulations to the Los Angeles Kings, who lifted "Lord Stanley's Cup" last night after a 6-1 victory over that team that Elaine's boyfriend used to root for in Seinfeld. And congratulations to all our Northern and Canadian friends, who enjoyed what must have been one of the most exciting hockey seasons ever. I don't know how long Wayne Gretzky's been with the Kings, but it's been a while, and I think it's great that hockey players (like the legendary Gordie Howe, or like Paul Newman in that one hockey movie from back in the 1970's) can play for years and years. It's very exciting to know that "The Great One" is back on top. Long may "the Kings" reign!
