Keane, at its Keaneist, means Tom Chaplin vocals in front of easy going pop songs. That's what you get with this album and so if you like Keane then you should like this album. If you don't like Keane, well nothing here for you, and if you don't know anything about Keane, well I don't know what to tell you. If you like a tenor as a singer and you like ballady pop music then you'd probably like this album and Keane. For me well I like Keane OK. There is certainly no reason for the deluxe 16 track version of this album, but at 12 tracks it isn't too bad and makes for good background music to life. I could see throwing this on as music for a day trip to the beach.
Following the Rhapsody rating method I give it 2 out of 5 stars for Not Bad.
