Three more teams were eliminated yesterday, so 47 teams are still playing. We got our first regional champion, as the good burghers of Northern Kentucky wrapped up their tournament on Sunday, thus avoiding any more games on school nights.
6th Region Semi-Finals (at Bellarmine Univ.):
Bullitt East 49, Lou. Butler 39
Lou. Pleasure Ridge Park 61, Lou. Moore 56
Bullitt East and PRP were the favorites, and their match-up in the final should be a good one.
9th Region Final (at N. Kentucky Univ.):
Boone Co. 54, Newport Cent. Catholic 49
