I only saw the first three seasons of The Simpsons, so I only saw "Lisa's Substitute," also known as "the one with Dustin Hoffman." But that episode was very good. Apparently I made a big mistake by not watching Season 4.
"Lisa's Substitute" is as good as anything ever.
