Sun Belt Final Standings

Ken Pomeroy's rankings next to each team:

EAST
50. Mid. Tenn. St: 14-2, 25-5
217. S. Alabama: 8-8, 16-11
192. Fla. Atlantic: 7-9, 11-18
214. W. Kentucky: 7-9, 11-18
228. Fla. International: 5-11, 8-20
263. Troy: 5-11, 10-17

WEST
180. Ark-Little Rock, 12-4, 15-15
73. Denver: 11-5, 21-8
206. La-Lafayette: 10-6, 16-14
158. N. Texas: 9-7, 16-13
224. Arkansas St: 6-10, 12-19
308. La-Monroe: 2-14, 3-26

Now we're off to Hot Springs, Arkansas for the Sun Belt Tournament, which traditionally takes place in Arkansas before an enormous array of empty seats (except for the Western fans).

The Hilltoppers open the tournament against Florida International on Saturday night. If they win that game, they take on Arkansas-Little Rock. I will not be surprised by anything that happens to Western in Hot Springs. I won't be surprised if they lose the first game, and I won't be surprised if they win the whole tournament.
