Well, Ray Harper's first job as Western's head coach didn't go all that well. The Toppers lose another close game at home, and they fall to 1-3 in Conference and 5-11 overall. Now Pomeroy has them as the 273d-best team in America. Next week, Western travels to North Texas and Denver.
