Manchester City suffered its first loss of the season yesterday, falling 2-1 at Chelsea. As a result, their lead over Manchester United has been shaved to only two points. The race for fourth place -- the top 4 places qualify for next year's Champions' League -- is also wide open, with Spurs, Arsenal, Liverpool and Newcastle still in the mix:

2. Man Utd: 11-1-3 (36 points)
3. Chelsea: 10-4-1 (31 points) (goal difference of 15)
4. Spurs: 10-3-1 (31 points) (goal difference of 12)
5. Arsenal: 9-4-2 (29 points)
6. Liverpool: 7-3-5 (26 points) (goal difference of 5)
7. Newcastle Utd: 7-3-5 (26 points) (goal difference of 2)
