OK think The Pixies and Sonic Youth with an electric Latin dance beat and you've got a good idea of this album. It's a tough blend but it works in its own way. Like The Pixies or Sonic Youth the sound grows on you with time, but it's not the kind of album I'll find myself coming back to. It was a fun listen and now I'll move on and forget all about it. There's no song here that really grabbed me, and though it's an interesting sound it's a tough sell.
Still if you're in the right mood for something loud, silly, and angry with a dance beat then give it a listen.
Following the Rhapsody rating method I give it 2 out of 5 stars for Not Bad.
