MLB Playoffs: Day 10
After a two-hour rain delay during last night's ALCS game one, today's scheduled game two was completely rained out. That game will be played tomorrow afternoon. Thus, the only baseball game today was the first game of the NLCS. The Brew Crew did not have the same trouble with St. Louis pitching that plagued the Phillies; Milwaukee pounded the Cardinals 9-6 to take a 1-0 series lead.

I watched a lot of the Cardinals-Brewers game with the southern Indiana fam, and I was shocked to see that Tony La Russa looks 20 years older than I remember him looking in 1989.
