This album is the 9th in a collection of Neil Young archived material. This one collects live tracks from his 1984-85 tour with the International Harversters. This is Young at his most country. This is really for the hard core Young fans, but if you like live, twangy country you might enjoy this album as well.
Following the Rhapsody rating method I give it 1 out of 5 stars for Just OK.
