U.S. Women's Open -- End of 2d Round

The second round is finally over in Colorado Springs, and two Miyazotos are on top. They are both from Okinawa, but they are not related.

Stacy Lewis got it to five-under par at one point yesterday, but she played quite badly after the weather stoppage yesterday and is now only one under. I think Paula Creamer, who is even par, is likely to finish as low American, but we'll know a lot more after the third round.

We bid farewell to Miss Emma Talley of Caldwell County, who shot 75+77=152 to finish 10 over par and miss the cut by three shots. We are confident she will be back.

Leaders after the second round:

1. M. Miyazoto (JPN): -5 (70+67=137)
2. A. Miyazoto (JPN): -4 (70+68=138)
