U.S. Women's Open -- Day Four -- 12:49 PM

Desperate to finish the tournament today, the U.S.G.A. has started the fourth round while the third round is still ongoing. So I'm not going to be able to do a clean third-round wrap-up. Also, Blogger is crashing today, so there's no point in trying to make comments. I will just have to try new posts as events warrant.

The big news right now is that Yani Tseng -- the number one player in the world -- has birdied two of the first three holes in her fourth round to move to within three shots of the lead. The other big story is that the course is playing very tough, and that the Miyazotos have completely blown the lead they started off with this morning:

T1. A. Stanford: -1 (54 holes)
T1. S.Y. Ryu (KOR): -1 (54)
T1. C. Kerr: -1 (54)
T4. H.K. Seo (KOR): Even (55)
T4. A. Miyazoto (JPN): Even (52)
T4. M. Miyazoto (JPN): Even (52)

Paula Creamer shot a disappointing 73 this morning and is now at 215, two shots over par and three shots off the lead.
