I would label this as experimental electric pop. To my mind this album suffers the fate of most experimental pop. It has some solid moments, but too many cluttered, confused moments that just don't work. Apparently this band likes to experiment with their sound and I would say this leans more toward electronic dance pop. As I said it has some moments that work and if you were making a mix tape you could pull some stuff off of here.
Following the Rhapsody rating method I give it 1 out of 5 stars for Just OK.
That opening sounded more like a Kate Bush song than anything I've heard that wasn't a Kate Bush song.
