This 1980 release comes in currently at number 66 on the Best of the 80's list. Bowie brought forward his patented early 70's sound and filled it with new wave influences to create this album. From most every source this is thought to be Bowie's last great album and I think it's fitting that to achieve this he went back to his early singer songwriter stuff.
If you grew up in the 80's and you want to hear some solid new wave pop, then give this a listen.
Following the Rhapsody rating method I give it 2 out of 5 stars for Not Bad.
