If you are in the mood for some good adult R&B that isn't ridiculously vulgar, but rather very easy to listen to then I would say this album is a good fit. There's nothing great about this album, but there also isn't anything bad. Musiq has a solid voice and avoids the vocoder which is nice. I found this album easy to listen to a number of times and enjoyed it more with each listen. Problem is I don't see myself coming back to it again anytime in the future.
Like I said if you want some good adult R&B while you and your wife sit around and talk after the kids are in bed, then this would work well.
Following the Rhapsody rating method I give it 2 out of 5 stars for Not Bad.
i will definitely be checking this out. Musiq is really pleasant to listen to.
