Album Review: Hard Bargain by Emmylou Harris

If you like Emmylou Harris, then you should like this album.  It's mostly a collection of her own songs and except for a few throw aways, it's a solid collection of tunes which highlight Harris's still haunting voice. 

It's not the most upbeat album, when is Harris upbeat, but it would be a good listen at night, sitting on the back porch, and thinking about all the tornadoes, floods, wars, etc. 

Following the Rhapsody rating method I give it 3 out of 5 stars for Pretty Good.
