Coming in at number 7 on the Best of the 70's list is this 1979 release from Pink Floyd.
I'm not the biggest fan of this album, and I definitely would not have put it in the top 10 from the 70's but you couldn't have a list like this and leave it out. The Wall is more than just an album and I can still remember a whole group of us getting together in the dorm to watch The Wall movie before going to a UK hockey game one night. Hmm that may have been the same night we made the UT goalie cry.
Anyhow this album certainly has its moments but by the time I hit "Comfortably Numb" and realize there is still an entire side of the album left I'm so done.
Unless you want to sit down and listen to this album it's not really something you throw on for fun.
Following the Rhapsody rating method I give it 2 out of 5 stars for Not Bad.
I have never heard this album all the way through.
