A four-overtime affair between prevailing Warren Central and Bowling Green for the 14th District boys' basketball title featured two of the state's top big players: "The show within the show was the oftentimes unbelievable play of BG’s Chane Behanan and Central’s George Fant," wrote Chad Bishop in The Daily News. "Both played almost the entire 48 minutes to put up monster numbers. Behanan, a Louisville signee, scored 27, grabbed 25 rebounds and blocked five shots. Fant, a Western Kentucky signee, scored 23, pulled down 18 boards and blocked three shots."
