Around the Commonwealth

Some big games last night. Murray State, which has been fairly disappointing most of the year, got its act together and beat Western (which has been disappointing pretty much all year) in Murray by a score of 69-60. Eastern, meanwhile, was absolutely crushed at Austin Peay, 78-51. I don't think the Colonels are going to be much of a player in the OVC this year. Morehead plays at Tennessee State today, and then the Eagles go to Clarksville for a key OVC matchup Tuesday night.
