Album Review: No Boys Allowed by Keri Hilson

Keri Hilson made a name for herself as a songwriter.  So why she's put out an album of stuff written by other people makes no sense to me, except that her label has a vision for what they want her to be and they are forcing songs and producers on her. 

The problem is the songs they forced on her should have never been forced on anyone they just aren't very good.  And the producers they threw her way are the same producers that apparently every woman doing big label R&B gets thrown their way these days. 

All in all this is a weak album.  You could pull some stuff off onto a workout mix, but short of that this album has nothing going for it.

Following the Rhapsody rating method I give it 1 out of 5 stars for Just OK.
