HP SPECIAL REPORT: Johnny Cash, June Carter Wed in Franklin
This is a Heath Post SPECIAL REPORT ... Mayfield's WYMC just played the terrific Johnny Cash/June Carter Cash duet of Bob Dylan's "It Aint Me, Babe," which encouraged me to look him up on Wikipedia.org. It turns out that those two married March 1, 1968, in Franklin, Ky. We have no other details at this time but will advise as events warrant. I've actually seen the original copy of their marriage license. Merle Kilgore signed it as a witness to the marriage.
