Hazard, Hopkinsville, Lexington and Louisville stations will be telecasting Big Blue Madness live.
In other election news, in drives and walks around Madisonville over the last three days, I've noted a 4-to-1 percentage advantage (eight-to-two in raw numbers) in Rand Paul-to-Jack Conway campaign yard signs and bumper stickers combined.

During vacation this week, I've been reading back through a bunch of my wife's old Kentucky Monthly editions. Here's something by Missy Jenkins from February 2010: "Yes, Kentucky is where I was paralyzed 12 years ago in the Heath High School shooting in Paducah. But it's also where I was, and continue to be, rehabilitated by some of the best doctors, nurses and therapists on the planet. It's where friends and strangers alike offered their unconditional support to my family and me in the aftermath of the shooting, and continue to do today, because that's what Kentuckians do. It's where state leaders reacted switftly to the shooting with new resources, agencies and laws to make our schools safer. Kentucky is a place of hope, love and happiness. It's where I'm from, where I live today and where I intend to foremever remain. Kentucky is home." Jenkins, Missy "My Kentucky” Kentucky Monthly (February 2010, 13:1) 23.
"Who deserves our compassion?"
Glad to see WPSD is doing well for the UK fans.
