Vuelta a España: Stage 13

For the second day in a row Mark Cavendish was in the perfect position and got a perfect lead out from Matt Goss.  Also for the second day in a row the one guy that can rival Cavendish's speed Tyler Farrar was completely out of position.  Farrar is definitely struggling without a handler to get him into the right position before the sprint.  No change in the overall.  Tomorrow has a mountain top finish, so it will be a big day for the overalls.
